Hunter and Annie’s classically beautiful wedding day took place at The Sixty-Two in Madison, Georgia. The sun was out, and clouds billowed across the blue spring sky as we arrived to photograph Annie’s details. Annie and her girls were getting ready in the bridal cottage, and after photographing her bridal details, Annie’s mother and sister zipped her into her beautiful, beaded gown. Once she was dressed, Annie surprised her girls with a first look, and then shared a first look with her father. We photographed the girls, Annie’s bridal portraits, and then prepped for the first look with Hunter.
Hunter was doing great and was so excited to see Annie. When she called his name and he turned, Hunter became a little emotional as he watched his beautiful bride walking toward him. Annie was so full of joy—and we captured their first round of portraits before tucking Annie away so she could freshen up for the ceremony.
We worked with Hunter and his guys, and then went to photograph the reception hall which was beautifully decorated by JL Designs in Wedgwood blue and white florals and tablecloths. Tall arrangements lined the head table, and blue and white pitchers and containers housed airy bouquets that were just absolutely stunning.
When it came time for the ceremony, Annie’s father escorted her to Hunter. They exchanged vows, participated in a sand ceremony, and finally, were pronounced husband and wife.
When Hunter and Annie were introduced to their reception, their guests cheered and they went right into their first dance as husband and wife. Later, they cut their cake and then slipped out for a few STUNNING sunset portraits around the lake.
Hunter and Annie’s day couldn’t have been more perfect—these two are the SWEETEST couple and have been an absolutely joy to work with. I am so honored to have had the privilege of capturing this special time for them—congrautlations, Hunter and Annie—may God bless your marriage and may you find joy, excitement and lots of new adventures as you embark on this new journey together!
